中医体质学说与心身疾病

Constitution Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Psychosomatic Disease

心身疾病是心理因素在疾病的发生、发展、转归以及治疗和预防过程中起主导作用的、有病理改变的一类躯体疾病。心身疾病的影响因素众多,发病机制复杂,涵盖了生物、心理、社会多方面的作用。体质是人体生命过程中,在先天禀赋和后天获得的基础上所形成的形态结构、生理功能和心理状态方面综合的、相对稳定的固有特质。体质学说是中医学"形神合一"理论的体现,体质是众多影响因素综合作用的结果,决定着某些疾病的易感性和发展的倾向性。该文从先天禀赋、心理特征、社会因素三方面论述中医体质与心身疾病的相关性,提出从改善中医体质入手是心身疾病预防的有效途径。

Psychosomatic disease is a kind of physical disease which plays a leading role in the occurrence, development, prognosis, treatment and prevention of the disease. Psychosomatic disease has many influential factors, and its pathogenesis is complex, which covers the role of biology, psychology and society. Body constitution is a comprehensive and relatively stable inherent characteristic in the process of human life, which is based on the formation of the structure, physiological function and psychological state. The Physique Theory of TCM is the embodiment of the thought of ＂Integration of the form end the Spirit＂,and it is also the result of the combined effects of many factors. The constitution determines the susceptibili-ty and development tendency of some diseases.This article discusses the correlation between TCM constitution and psycho-somatic disease from three aspects of the innate endowment, psychological characteristics and social factors, and puts for-ward the effective ways to prevent psychosomatic disease from improving the constitution of TCM.
