2 Cases of Hand, Ffoot and Mouth disease Deaths Investigation and Analysis

目的分析2例手足口病死亡病例特征,为手足口病的防治提供科学依据。方法采样现况描述的方法 ,对2012年2例手足口病死亡病例流行病学、临床特征和实验室病原学检测结果进行分析。结果手足口病发病地区分布主要以农村为主,人群分布以婴幼儿为主。本次分析病例发生于3岁以下的儿童,核酸检测显示EV71病毒阳性。结论死亡病例均为3岁以下儿童,主要由EV71感染引起,早发现、早隔离、早治疗是手足口病最有效的防治措施,避免重症和死亡,我们就必须加强健康教育宣传,普及卫生知识,发动全社会的力量去共同努力。

Objective To analyze characteristics of 2 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease deaths, providing scientific basis for hand, foot and mouth disease prevention and control. Methods Sample status description method, 2012 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease deaths epidemiology, clinical features and laboratory analysis of monitoring results of etiology.Results Hand, foot and mouth disease is mainly rural areas distribution, population distribution is given priority to with infants and young children. The analysis of the cases occurred in children under the age of 3, nucleic acid detection showed the EV71 virus positive. Conclusion The deaths are children under the age of 3, mainly caused by EV71 infection, early detection, early quarantine and early treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease is the most effective prevention measures,avoid illness and death, we must strengthen the health education propaganda, popularization of health knowledge, launched the strength of the whole society to work together.
