121团疾控中心小儿流感疫苗预防接种效果分析

Observation on the Effect of 121 Groups of Children with the Disease Prevention and Control of Influenza Vaccine

目的确切了解儿童接种流感疫苗的预防效果,疾控中心对流感疫苗接种预防效果进行观察。方法选取2014年9月—2015年9月期间120例进行流感疫苗接种的儿童为治疗组,同时我们随机选取120例未接受流感疫苗接种的儿童作为对照组。对两组儿童进行为期半年随访观察接种1个月、2个月、4个月、6个月内流感发生情况,统计接种儿童出现的局部、全身不良反应情况。结果接种1月后对照组流感发生率为5.8%,治疗组未出现;治疗2个月后治疗组与对照组发生率依次为4.2%、14.2%;治疗4个月后两组发生率依次为9.2%、22.5%;治疗6个月后两组发生率依次为19.2%、35.8%,半年内随访治疗组流感发生情况比对照组少,P〈0.05;接种儿童出现红肿的几率为10.8%,有15.8%儿童出现皮疹现象,发热现象占16.7%,体温在37.5～38°,出现头晕不良反应的儿童为1.7%,有0.1%儿童出现脸色苍白现象。结论儿童接种流感疫苗可有效减少流感发生情况,同时接种疫苗后有部分儿童会出现红肿、皮疹、发热等常见症状。

Objective To understand the prevention effect of influenza vaccination in children, CDC vaccination against influenza prevention effects were observed. Methods From 2014.9 to 2015.9 during the 120 cases of influenza vaccination in children for the treatment group, at the same time, we randomly selected 120 cases of children did not receive influenza vaccination as the control group. On two groups of children were followed up for half a year after 1 months and 2 months, 4months, 6 months of flu, local and systemic adverse reactions of children vaccinated the statistics. Result Inoculation of 1month after the control group flu rate was 5.8%, did not appear in the treatment group, treatment for 2 months after treatment group and the control group incidence followed by 4.2% and 14.2%, 4 months after treatment in two groups the incidence followed by 9.2%, 22.5%, 6 months after treatment, the two groups of incidence followed by 19.2%, 35.8%, occurred within six months of follow-up treatment group flu than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Children received a swelling rate was 10.8%, 15.8% children rash phenomenon, fever phenomenon（16.7%）, body temperature at the temperature of 37.5-38,dizziness adverse reactions in children was 1.7%, 0.1% children appear pale phenomenon. Conclusion Influenza vaccination in children can effectively reduce the incidence of influenza, and after vaccination have some children will appear redness,rash, fever and other symptoms, but if there is dizziness.
