母婴同室住院产妇健康教育效果观察

目的探究健康教育对母婴同室住院产妇的影响和护理效果。方法选取2014年4月—2015年10月收治的75例母婴同室住院产妇进行护理研究,随机分组,实验组40例患者接受健康教育的综合护理,对照组35例患者给予常规护理,比较两组患者的护理效果以及情绪状态和母婴知识的掌握情况。结果实验组患者护理的总有效率为95.0%,对照组患者护理的总有效率为82.86%,实验组患者的护理效果更加显著。两组患者分娩前SAS和SDS的评分没有较大差异,分娩护理后,实验组患者的评分明显低于对照组,不良情绪得到有效改善,且实验组患者在相关知识的掌握率、婴儿沐浴掌握率、母乳喂养率和满意度上都明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对母婴同室的住院产妇给予综合的产后健康教育,可以消除不良情绪,掌握更多的母婴护理知识,提高患者护理的满意度,改善护患关系,效果显著,可在临床广泛推荐。

Objective To explore the effect of maternal health education and nursing effect of rooming in hospital. Methods A total of 2014 April 2015 October were 75 cases of rooming in maternal hospitalization of nursing research, were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group 40 cases of patients were treated with comprehensive nursing care of health education, and the control group（35 cases） were treated with routine nursing, the nursing effects were compared between the two groups, and emotional state and maternal knowledge master. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95%, the total effective rate of the control group was 82.86%, and the nursing effect of the experimental group was more significant. Two groups of delivery in patients with SAS and SDS score no differences, the score after childbirth care,the patients in experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the negative emotions get effective improvement and rate of the patients in the experimental group in the mastery of relevant knowledge, bathing the baby grasp rate, breast feeding rate and satisfaction degree were significantly higher than that of the control group, significant difference, statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For rooming hospital maternal give comprehensive postpartum health education can eliminate the bad mood, master more knowledge of maternal and child care, improve patient care satisfaction and improve the nurse patient relationship, the effect is remarkable, in clinical widely recommended.
