刍议现场观摩对小儿X线胸部摄片合作程度影响

On the Effect of Field Observation on the Cooperation Degree of Chest Radiography in Children

目的探讨现场观摩对小儿X线胸部摄片合作程度的影响。方法选取该院2014年7月—2015年8月在该科进行X线胸部摄片的146例患儿为研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组和观察组。其中对照组(74例)在X线胸部摄片时实施常规程序,观察组患儿(72例)在X线胸部摄片前邀请患儿及家长对工作程序现场观摩后再行拍片,比较两组患儿在X线胸部摄片过程中的配合程度及患者家属满意度。结果观察组患儿主动配合人数占91.67%,较对照组高28.16%,较好地解决了摄照胸部片的各种困难,且大大缩短了拍片候诊时间,患儿家属满意度高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 X线摄片工作程序现场观摩能有效激发患儿主观能动性,提高拍片配合程度和照片的质量,患者及家属对放射科工作及服务质量满意度高。

Objective To explore the effect of the field observation on the cooperation degree of chest radiography in children. Methods In our hospital in July 2014 ～2015 August in our department of X-ray chest radiography of 146 cases of children as the research object, and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group（74 cases）chest radiograph of films in the implementation of routine, the observation group patients（n = 72） in chest X-ray photo prior to invite children and parents work program to observe the scene after the shooting, the patients were compared between the two groups in chest X-ray photo films with the degree and satisfaction of family members of patients. Results In the observation group, the patients were actively cooperate with accounting for the number of number of 91.67%, compared with the control group, the high 28.16%, better solves the photos of chest films of various difficulties; and greatly shorten the waiting time of filming, the families of children with a high degree of satisfaction and the difference between the two groups has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion X-ray procedures field observations are effectively stimulate children＇s subjective initiative, improve filming with degree and photo quality, patients and their families on radiology work and service quality satisfaction high.
