持续质量改进在危重患者护理质量管理中的实践效果研究

Continuous Quality Improvement in the Critically ill Patient Care Quality Management Practice Effect Research

目的分析研究持续质量改护理管理措施在危重患者护理质量管理中实践效果。方法选取2014年5月—2015年5月期间,该院收治的危重患者114例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各57例,对照组患者实施常规的护理质量管理,观察组患者采用持续质量改进模式进行护理质量管理,观察两组患者管理后,护理质量的合格率、风险事件以及护理意外事件的发生率。结果管理后,观察组患者在护理质量的合格率、风险事件、护理外事件的发生率方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进应用于危重患者护理质量管理中效果显著,值得在临床上推广和应用。

Objective to analyze the continuous quality change of nursing management measures in the critically ill patient care quality management practice effect. Methods In May 2014- May 2015, 114 cases of critically ill patients of our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 57 cases, control group, routine nursing quality management for the observation group were treated by continuous quality improvement model of nursing quality management,management after observing two groups of patients, nursing quality qualified rate, risk events and the incidence of accidents.Results after management, observation group of patients in nursing quality qualified rate, risk events, the incidence of nursing events were significantly better than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion the continuous quality improvement is applied in critically ill patients in nursing quality management effect is remarkable, is worth in clinical promotion and application.
