体检中心实施优质护理服务的实践及效果观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的在该体检中心实施优质护理服务,探讨该服务实施后的临床效果以及体检人员的满意度情况。方法选取2014年6月—2015年12月期间来该体检中心的体检人员120例,随机分为对照组和实验组,各有60例体检人员。对照组体检人员选取常规方法进行护理,实验组体检人员采取优质护理服务,主要包括优质的护理,舒适的环境以及及时的护患沟通。护理之后比较两组体检人员对该中心护理工作的满意度评价。结果优质护理服务实施以后,对照组体检人员的文明用语82分,服务态度77分,护理人员仪表85分,健康宣传力度77分,技术操作娴熟程度86分;对于实验组患者,文明用语97分,护理服务时态度93分,护理人员仪表95分,健康宣传力度91分,技术操作娴熟程度94分。对照组体检人员满意度评分明显低于实验组体检人员。对比结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该体检中心实施优质护理服务以来,提高了护理的整体质量,体检人员对护理服务的满意度评价也好于之前,效果显著,有应用价值,值得在全中心推广使用。 Objective Conduct quality care at the medical center,Discuss the clinical effects and satisfaction cases the medical staff after the service implementation. Methods Select our medical center medical staff 120 cases from June 2014 to December 2015. Randomly divided into control and experimental groups, there are 60 cases of medical staff in each group.Care control group by a conventional method, the experimental group received quality care, comfort and a timely nurse-patient communication.Comparison of two medical staff satisfaction evaluation of our center after nursing care. Result Civilized language in the control group is 82 points, the attitude 77 points, nurses instruments 85 points, health propaganda77 points, technical operations skill level 86 points; for patients in the experimental group, the term civilization 97 points,the attitude 93 points, care staff instrument 95 points, health propaganda 91 points, technical operations skill level 94 points.Controlgroup medical staff satisfaction scores were significantly lower in the experimental group medical staff.Compare the results statistically significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Since the medical center to implement quality care,improve the overall quality of care, the medical staff of the nursing service satisfaction rating better than before,and also improve the overall quality of nursing staff, which will help the smooth progress of work. the effect is significant, it is worth promoting the use of the whole center.
