医用高值耗材品种多、规格细、数量大、价格高,是医院收入的重要组成部分。但随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入,多个城市已陆续取消材料加成。在这种形势下,医院卫生材料管理显得尤为重要。该文针对卫生材料中的高值耗材提出加强管理的主要思路与办法,为医院降低材料成本,创造经济效益提供参考。

Featuring various types, small size, large quantities, and high price, medical consumables form an important part of hospital revenue. But with the increasingly deepening of health system reform, many cities have gradually cancelled material price addition. In this situation, hospitals＇ management of health care materials is particularly important. In this paper, main ideas and approaches were proposed to strengthen the management of high-value consumables in health care materials, providing a reference for hospitals to reduce material costs and create economic benefits.
