摘要
在目前的卫生事业单位体系中,疾病预防控制机构针对工作人员的薪酬制度明显缺乏吸引力,在公平性与激励性方面也没有达到平衡状态,这就造成了薪酬管理缺失现象的出现。文中以公平理论角度出发,来客观评价某疾病预防控制机构薪酬现状,尤其对工作人员对薪酬的公平性与满意度作出了调查分析,最终提出薪酬改革的相关优化方案。
In the current health of the enterprise system, disease prevention and control institutions for staff salary system significantly less attractive, the motivation and impartiality did not reach equilibrium, which resulted in the lack of compensation management. From the perspective of equity theory, this paper objectively evaluates the salary status of a disease prevention and control institution. In particular, the staff of the Pay Fairness and satisfaction of the investigation and analysis, and finally put forward the reform of the relevant optimization.
