全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的作用

The Role of Whole Course Health e Education Model in the Management of Diabetes Care

目的探究在糖尿病的临床护理管理中,采用全程健康教育模式的护理管理服务,观察其临床应用效果。方法选取来该院接受治疗的102例糖尿病患者,根据随机数字表法,将其分为探究组和对照组,每组各51例,对照组患者运用常规方式的健康教育模式进行护理管理,探究组患者在常规方式的健康教育模式护理管理的同时,给予其全程健康教育模式的护理服务,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果探究组患者在血糖控制的有效率、糖尿病知识掌握良好率、自我管理能力良好率、护理效果满意度方面,均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病的临床护理管理中,采用全程健康教育模式的护理管理服务,具有良好的治疗及护理效果。

Objective To explore the clinical care of diabetes management, the use of full health education model of care management services, to observe the clinical effect. Methods To hospital treated 102 patients with diabetes, according to a random number table, divided into inquiry and control groups, each group 51 cases, the patients in the control group using conventional methods of health education mode of nursing management, inquiry patients in the conventional manner of health care management education model at the same time, to give its full health education model of care, clinical outcomes compared two groups of patients. Results In patients explore effective glycemic control, diabetes knowledge to grasp a good rate, good rate of self-management skills, nursing effect satisfaction than the control group of patients, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical care management of diabetes, the use of full health education model of care management services, treatment and care has a good effect.
