脑梗塞后遗症患者的社区健康教育

Community Health Education in Patients with Cerebral Infarction Sequelae

目的探讨社区健康教育对脑梗塞后遗症患者的影响。方法采用示范、问答、针对性方式对吉林长春某社区的112例脑梗塞后遗症患者进行心理辅导、饮食指导、功能锻炼指导、并发症指导、用药指导以及语言训练指导,以帮助患者了解病情,消除不良情绪掌握了脑梗塞发病机制,正确的饮食及功能训练方式,服用药物的药理作用、用法用量及不良反应,如何避免并发症的发生以及疾病再次复发。结果患者的偏瘫,嘴眼歪斜,语言障碍,共济失调,交叉性感觉障碍等后遗症得到明显改善。结论对脑梗塞后遗症患者进行社区健康教育能够增强患者自我保健意识,消除消极情绪,加快后遗症的康复。

Objective To explore the effect of community health education on patients with cerebral infarction sequelae.Methods Health education to 112 cases of cerebral infarction sequelae in a community in Changchun, Jilin Province,including psychological guidance, diet guidance, functional exercise guidance, complications guidance, medication guidance and language training guidance. Health education can help patients to achieve the purpose of the following, which include know illness, eliminate the bad mood, grasp the mechanism of cerebral infarction, the right diet and functional training,medication knowledge and how to avoid the occurrence of complications and disease relapse. Results The sequelae of the patients were obviously improved. Conclusion Community health education in patients with cerebral infarction sequelae can enhance patients＇ self health care consciousness, eliminate negative emotions, and speed up the rehabilitation of sequelae.
