摘要 目的探讨PDCA循环教学法在临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法对该院呼吸科2013—2014年的实习护生进行回顾性分析。选择2013年7—12月的35名新进护生作为对照组,延续传统临床护理带教方法,选择2014年7—12月的49名新进护生作为观察组,将PDCA循环法应用于临床护理带教中。对两组护生和带教教师进行评价。结果观察组护生的优秀率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组护生对带教教师的满意度亦显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环法是一种针对实习护生的新型带教方案,可以有效提高护生的知识掌握程度和业务能力,有助于护生顺利步入工作岗位,同时也提高带教教师的工作能力和态度,从而实现和谐、有效的临床护理。 Objective To study the application of PDCA circulation method in clinical nursing teaching effect. Methods Our hospital internship, an 2013-2014 nursing students were retrospectively analyzed. Choice in July 2013- December 35 new nursing students as control group, the continuation of traditional clinical nursing teaching method, choose the December in July 2014-49 new nursing students as observation group, the PDCA circulation method used in the clinical nursing teaching. On two groups of nursing students and teaching faculty evaluation. Results The observation group of nursing students proficiency is significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.01), the observation group in satisfaction for teachers in the teaching of nursing students is significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The method of PDCA cycle is a new type of teaching practice for nursing students, can effectively improve the nursing students mastering knowledge and business ability, help nursing students smoothly into jobs, but also improve teaching teachers' working ability and attitude, so as to realize the harmonious and effective clinical care.
