系统性带教模式在分娩室临床带教中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨系统性带教模式在分娩室临床带教中的效果。方法选取2010年6月—2015年6月在分娩室实习的护生46名,按照患者住院的先后顺序分为两组各23例,对照组给予传统带教模式,观察组给予系统性带教模式,比较两组护生心理护理知晓率和临床带教满意度。结果观察组护生心理护理知晓率(91.3%)明显优于对照组(78.3%)(P<0.05);观察组临床带教满意度为100%,对照组临床带教满意度为82.6%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统性带教模式在分娩室临床带教中的效果满意,可以明显提高护生的心理护理知晓率和临床带教满意度,值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective To explore the system of the teaching mode of teaching in the clinical effect in the delivery room.Methods Selected in June 2010 to 2015 June in the delivery room intern nursing students 46. According to patients hospitalized in the sequence, were divided into two groups, each group of 23 cases, the control group received traditional teaching pattern, the observation group given system of teaching pattern, compared two groups of nursing psychological nursing students awareness rate and clinical teaching satisfaction. Results Observation group of nursing students psychological nursing awareness rate(91.3%) was significantly better than the control group(78.3%)(P〈0.05); observation group clinical teaching satisfaction is 100% and the control group in clinical teaching satisfaction was 82.6%, two groups compared were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The system of teaching mode in clinical teaching in the delivery room with satisfactory effect, can significantly improve the psychological nursing of the Zhi Xiao rate and clinical teaching satisfaction,it is worthy of clinical application.
