血液透析护理管理运用风险管理模式的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Risk Management Model in Hemodialysis Nursing Management

目的探讨血液透析护理管理运用风险管理模式的应用效果。方法将116例透析患者随机分为两组,分别命名为观察组(58例)和对照组(58例),对照组给予常规护理管理,观察组在常规护理的基础上加入风险管理模式,对两组患者的护理满意度、透析治疗过程中护理不良事件发生率及投诉率进行比较分析。结果观察组护理满意度为98.27%,明显高于对照组的79.31%,两组护理满意度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组透析护理不良事件发生率为5.17%,投诉率为0,对照组透析护理不良事件发生率为13.79%,投诉率为3.44%,两组护理不良事件发生率及投诉率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液透析护理管理中运用风险管理模式,能够有效降低护理不良事件发生率及投诉率,提高护理质量满意度,利于护理队伍建设及科室护理安全。

Objective To explore the application effect of risk management mode in hemodialysis nursing management.Methods 116 cases of dialysis patients were randomly divided into two groups, which were named observation group（58cases） and control group（58 cases）, Control group were given routine nursing management, On the basis of routine nursing,the observation group was added to the risk management model, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups, the incidence of adverse events and the rate of complaints were compared. Result Observation group nursing satisfaction was 98.27%,significantly higher than the control group of 79.31%, the two groups of nursing satisfaction, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The dialysis group nursing adverse events rate was5.17%, the complaint rate was0, control group of dialysis nursing adverse events rate was 13.79%, the complaint rate was 3.44%, two groups of nursing adverse events occurred rate and complaint rate is relatively, and the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05） were observed.Conclusion In hemodialysis nursing management in the use of risk management mode, can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events and complaints rate, improve the quality of care satisfaction, in favor of the construction of nursing team and the Department of nursing safety.
