摘要
目的了解吉林省三级医院神经内科护士工作满意度的现状;探讨影响神经内科护士工作满意度的相关因素。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法,抽取到吉林省9个地区中的14所三级医院的387名神经内科护士作为研究对象进行问卷调查,应用护士一般情况调查表、护士工作满意度量表作为测评工具,采用Epidata3.1、SPSS18.0软件进行数据整理和分析。结果吉林省三级医院神经内科护士的工作满意度总均分为(94.574±21.891),处于中等分值水平。八个维度的均分由高到低依次为:与同事关系、互动机会、排班、控制与责任、被表扬和认可、福利待遇、职业机会、工作与家庭的平衡。结论吉林省三级医院神经内科护士对工作的满意程度一般。提高福利待遇,拓展职业机会,平衡工作与家庭的关系,提升行业社会地位是提高护士工作满意度的有效途径。
Objective To understand the current situation of job satisfaction of nurses in the Department of internal medicine of three level hospitals in Jilin province; To explore the related factors that affect the job satisfaction of nurses in the Department of internal medicine. Methods Method of random cluster sampling, A questionnaire survey was conducted among 387 nurses from 14 grade three hospitals in 9 regions of Jilin Province, Application of nurse general situation questionnaire, nurse job satisfaction scale as the assessment tools for data collection and analysis using Epidata3.1 and SPSS18.0software. Results The total score of job satisfaction of nurses in the Department of internal medicine of the three level hospitals in Jilin province was(94.574±21.891), At the level of medium and equal value. Eight dimensions scores from high to low as follows: relationship with colleagues, opportunities for interaction, scheduling, control and responsibility, praise and recognition, benefits and career opportunities, work and family balance. Conclusion The degree of satisfaction with the work of the Department of internal medicine nurses in three grade hospitals in Jilin province. Improving the welfare, expanding career opportunities, balancing the relationship between work and family, promoting the social status of the industry is an effective way to improve the job satisfaction of nurses.
