摘要
目的探讨人性化管理在护理管理中的临床疗效。方法在护理管理中实施人性化管理,对实施前后的护理人员各106名进行护理质量、护理满意度比较,同期患者各120例进行满意度调查。结果人性化管理实施后护理质量包括文书书写规范、操作熟练程度、工作责任心、与患者的沟通能力、处理突发事件的能力、基础护理能力得分、护理人员对工作环境、同事关系、护理技能、护理知识、参加培训学习的满意得分、患者满意得分均明显高于实施前(P<0.05);护理差错发生率明显低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论在护理管理中采用人性化管理,可明显提高护理人员的工作积极性,提高护理质量,提高患者满意度,值得推广。
Objective to study the clinical curative effect of humanized management in nursing management. Methods carrying out the humanized management in the nursing management of 106 nursing before and after the implementation of the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction, satisfaction survey all the 120 cases of patients with the same period. Results the humanized management after the implementation of nursing quality including document writing standards, operational proficiency, work sense of responsibility, ability to communicate with the patient, the ability to deal with emergencies, basic nursing ability score, nursing staff to the work environment, the relationship between the colleague, nursing skills, knowledge and training of learning satisfaction scores, patient satisfaction scores were significantly higher than the previous(P〈0.05); Before the implementation of a significantly lower incidence of nursing error(P〈0.05). Conclusion USES the humanized management in nursing management, can obviously improve the nurses' working enthusiasm, improve the quality of care, improve patient satisfaction, is worth promoting.
