摘要
依托鹤壁市人民医院出院患者电话回访系统做满意度问卷调查的工作机制,对出院患者做延伸服务,对问卷中收集到的数据资料进行整理分析,了解出院患者的满意度情况,发现医院在医疗服务过程中存在的问题和不足,并提出相应的解决措施和建议。
