摘要
目的进一步分析研究西药房管理对减少药患纠纷的影响。方法选取2014年1月—2015年12月期间给予药物调剂的400例患者,其中2014年1—12月期间的200例患者未加强西药房管理,即实施常规药房管理,并将其作为参照组;2015年1—12月期间的200例患者加强西药房管理,并将其作为观察组,对两组患者的药患纠纷情况等进行观察并比较。结果观察组患者的药患纠纷率显著低于参照组(3.5%VS 15%),满意率显著高于参照组(73.5%VS 48.5%),总满意率显著高于参照组(96.5%VS 84%),组间差异经t检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强西药房管理能够显著减少药患纠纷,对提高护理满意度和护理质量具有至关重要的作用,值得大力推广。
Objective To further analyze the pharmacy management to reduce the influence of medicine of disputes.Selection Methods January 2014-December 2015 to 400 patients of drug dispensing,which in January 2014-December 2014200 cases of patients did not strengthen the pharmacy management,namely the conventional pharmacy management,and use it as the reference group;In January 2015-December 2015 200 cases of patients in order to strengthen the management of pharmacy,and as a group,drugs such as dispute case on two groups of patients to observe and compare.Results The observation group of patients with drugs have disputes rate is significantly lower than that of control group(3.5% VS15%),satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of control group(73.5% VS 48.5%),the overall satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of control group(96.5% VS 84%),the difference between group by t test,was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion To strengthen the pharmacy management can significantly reduce medicine contract disputes,to improve the nursing satisfaction and quality has a crucial role,is worth promoting.
