消化内科常见不合理用药问题的研究分析

Analysis on the Problems of Irrational Use of Drugs in the Digestive Department of Internal Medicine

目的分析探讨消化内科常见不合理用药的种类并分析其成因。方法选取自2012年1月—2015年12月就诊于该院消化内科的病例1 080例进行用药回顾,对常见的不合理用药的情况进行归纳总结,并据此研究避免不合理用药的发生。结果在选取的1 080例病例中,存在不合理用药的共有225例,其中2012年不合理用药患者合计共有58例,2013年不合理用药患者有52例,2014年消化内科不合理用药患者有59例,2015年消化内科不合理用药患者有56例;其中不合理用药的常见类型有:药物用量过大(共计86例,占比38.22%),用药重复(共计69例,占比30.67%),联合用药不合理(共计41例,占比19.6%),药物连用导致出现毒副作用(共计29例,占比12.89%)四个方面。结论合理用药是一切治疗方案能够达到预期效果的基础,所以应当尽力避免治疗过程中的不合理用药。

Objective To analysis of Gastroenterology common irrational drug use types,and analyzed the causes.Methods From December January 2012 to 2015 were enrolled in the gastroenterology department of our hospital were 1 080 cases of medication review of common irrational drug use are summarized,and according to the study to avoid unreasonable medication.Results The results in the selection of 1 080 cases,the existence of irrational drug use total 225 cases,the 2012 irrational drug use in patients with total of 58 cases,2013 unreasonable medication with 52 cases,2014 gastroenterology unreasonable medication has 5 In 9 cases,2015 gastroenterology unreasonable medication has 56 cases;the irrational drug use are common types：drug dosage is too large（a total of 86 cases,accounting for 38.22%）,repeated drug use（a total of 69 cases,accounted for 30.67%）,combined medication unreasonable（a total of 41 cases,accounting for 19.6%）,drugs used in conjunction with a lead to side effect（a total of 29 cases,accounting for four aspects than 12.89%）.Conclusion Rational drug use is all treatment scheme can achieve the expected effect,so it should be tried to avoid in the process of irrational drug use in the treatment of.
