摘要
目的总结分析12例儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折的手术治疗效果。方法选择该院骨二科2010年1月—2015年8月收治的12例儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折患儿,均采用手术治疗,行切开复位12例,同时行尺骨近端截骨内固定8例,10例行环状韧带重建手术,12例以细克氏针固定肱桡关节。术后随访3-36个月,采用Mackay标准进行评定。结果术后优6例,良5例,差1例,优良率为91.7%。结论粘连松解、尺骨延长、环状韧带重建及克氏针固定方式在进行陈旧性孟氏骨折方面取得了可观的疗效。
Objective To summarize and analyze the surgical treatment effective of 12 cases with old monteggia fracture in children.Methods Selected 12 cases with old monteggia fracture in children in bone second division of our hospital from January 2010 to August 2010,all were performed operation,12 cases open reduction,8 cases carried out proximal ulna bone internal fixation,10 underwent annular ligament reconstruction surgery,all were fixed humeroradial joint by fine kirschner wire,follow-up 3 ~ 36 months postoperative.Results Using Mackay standard to assess,postoperative,6 cases were optimal,5 cases were good,poor in 1 case,the effective rate was 91.7%.Conclusion Adhesion release,ulna extending,circular ligament reconstruction and kirschner wire fixation all had achieved considerable results in treatment of old monteggia fracture.
