目的根据我国肿瘤医院药剂科药事管理的现状,结合实际工作中的体会,探讨药剂科药事管理在肿瘤医院管理中的重要性以及意义。方法结合肿瘤医院中药剂科药事管理的目的、任务及在工作中的行为关系,证明药事管理的在医院管理中的重要性。结果针对肿瘤医院在运行中存在的药事管理问题,寻找相应的对策,推进药学工作的发展。结论药剂科药事管理对肿瘤医院的十分重要,相关责任人要重视药事管理,并要认真做好药事管理工作。

Objective According to the status of the Cancer Hospital Pharmacy,and combined with practical work experience,we are trying to explore the importance and significance in tumor Pharmacy Hospital Management.Methods Tumor Hospital in purpose,task and relationship behavior in the work of the Pharmacy Department of Pharmacy,the importance of Pharmacy in Hospital Management reflected.Results For Cancer Hospital Pharmacy problems that exist in the running,find the appropriate measures to promote the development of pharmacy work.Conclusion Pharmacy administration is very important to cancer hospital,responsible people should pay attention to Pharmacy,and to do a good job in hospital management.
