PDCA循环在合理使用抗菌药物管理中的应用价值

PDCA Cycle in the Management of the Rational Use of Antimicrobial Agents Application Value

目的分析PDCA循环在给予手术治疗时合理使用抗菌药物管理中的应用价值。方法从2013年10月—2015年10月依据医院的信息系统对Ⅰ类切口手术与介入治疗的抗菌药物预防使用情况进行分析总结,并给予PDCA循环系统进行相应的临床干预,对给予PDCA循环系统前后的抗菌药物预防使用率情况进行分析总结。结果Ⅰ类切口手术、介入治疗、冠脉造影在PDCA循环系统干预后的抗菌药物预防使用率与干预前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);住院患者在给予PDCA循环系统干预后,在药物品种合理、用药时机合理、≤24 h使用、≤48 h使用、联合用药等方面的抗菌药物使用率(合理率)分别为95.9%、91.6%、34.8%、61.9%、0.0%,与干预前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在Ⅰ类切口手术与介入治疗时给予PDCA循环系统进行抗菌药物管理的应用效果显著,值得在今后的临床工作中推荐采纳。

Objective To analyse the PDCA cycle in surgical treatment for the rational use of antimicrobial drugs management application value.Methods From October 2013 to October 2015 on the basis of the hospital information system in Ⅰincision surgery and interventional treatment of the usage of antibacterial drug prevention analysis summarized,and gives the PDCA circulation system for the corresponding clinical intervention,to give the PDCA circulation system before and after the analysis summarized the preventive use of antibiotics.Results Ⅰ class incision surgery,interventional therapy and coronary angiography in PDCA circulation system after the intervention of antimicrobial drugs to prevent significant difference compared with before intervention data utilization rate（P〈0.05）;Hospitalized patients in giving PDCA circulation system after the intervention,in the reasonable drug varieties,rational drug use time,24 hours or less use,48 hours or less use of antibacterial drugs,combination of utilization（Ge Li Lv） were 95.9%,91.6%,34.8%,61.9%,34.8%,significant difference compared with before intervention data（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In Ⅰ class incision surgery and interventional therapy to give PDCA circulation system for the application of antibacterial drugs management effect is remarkable,is recommended to adopt in the future clinical work.
