品管圈对消毒供应中心清洗质量管理及控制医院感染的效果分析

Effect of Quality Control Circle on Cleaning Quality Management and Control of Hospital Infection in Disinfection Supply Center

目的探讨品管圈对消毒供应中心清洗质量管理及控制医院感染的效果。方法该院于2014年6月开始实施品管圈活动,通过分析消毒供应中心亟待解决的问题来确定活动主题,设定一系列的质量改进措施并给予实施。对比品管圈实施前后1年时间内消毒供应中心复用器械的清洗质量以及医院感染情况。结果品管圈实施后手术器械、血管钳、剪刀类以及弯盘、碗、盅清洗合格率分别为98.59%、99.23%、99.23%、98.08%,均显著高于实施前(P<0.01);品管圈实施后医院感染发生率为1.22%,显著低于实施前(P<0.01)。结论在消毒供应中心清洗质量管理中开展品管圈活动可有效提高手术器械及物品的清洗质量,同时降低医院感染发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle on the quality management and control of hospital infection in disinfection supply center.Methods Our hospital started to implement the quality control circle activity in June2014,through the analysis of the problem to be solved in the disinfection supply center to determine the activities of the theme,set a series of quality improvement measures and give the implementation.To compare the quality of cleaning equipment and the hospital infection in 1 years before and after the implementation of the control circle.Results Of quality control circle after the implementation of surgical instruments,forceps,scissors and bending plate,bowls,cleaning cup qualified rates were 98.59% and 99.23% and 99.23%,98.08% were significantly higher than before（P〈0.01）;quality control circle after the implementation of hospital infection incidence rate of 1.22%,significantly lower than that of the prior to the implementation of the（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The quality control circle activity in the cleaning quality management of disinfection supply center can effectively improve the cleaning quality of surgical instruments and articles,and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,and it is worth popularizing.
