胃癌防治知识对胃癌患者早期诊断影响的研究

Research on the Effect of Knowledge About Prevetion and Treatment of Gastric Cancer on early Diagnose of Gastric Cancer

目的探讨胃癌防治知识对胃癌患者早期诊断的影响。方法以问卷调查的形式,对消化内科522例门诊患者进行调查,从中分析胃癌的防治知识与胃癌患者的早期诊断之间的关系。结果 520例患者问卷得分可分为3组:高分组120例(23.1%),中分组265例(51.0%),低分组135例(26.0%),而且随着患者得分的降低,早期胃癌和进展期胃癌的发生率逐渐升高(P<0.05)。胃癌家族史、吸烟史、饮酒史、不良饮食习惯等对胃癌的发生有显著影响(P<0.05),而睡眠情况、精神状态等因素则与胃癌的发生无明显关系(P>0.05)。调查的患者中,对胃癌能否根治、胃癌是否遗传、吸烟饮酒与胃癌的关系的认知度比较高,完全正确率大于40%;而对如何诊断早期胃癌、胃癌能否预防、饮食习惯与胃癌的关系、导致胃癌的不良生活习惯、能导致胃癌的疾病等问题认知度较低,完全正确率小于30%。结论医护人员应当加大力度对群众进行胃癌防治知识的宣传和培训,从而做到对胃癌的早期诊断,尽早治疗。

Objective To investigate the effect of knowledge about prevention and treatment of gastric cancer on the early diagnosis of gastric cancer patients.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the relationship between the knowledge about prevention of gastric cancer and the early diagnosis of patients with gastric cancer in 522 patients in the department of gastroenterology.Results 520 patients questionnaire scores were received and were divided into three groups：high score group of 120 cases（23.1%）,medium score group of 265 cases（51.0%）,low score group of 135 patients（26.0%）.And with lower score of the patients,early gastric cancer and advanced gastric cancer incidence increased gradually（P〈0.05）.Family history of gastric cancer,history of smoking,history of drinking,poor dietary habits have significant effect of gastric cancer（P〈0.05）.While sleep quality and mental state factor has no significant effect of gastric cancer（P〈0.05）.There was high cognition degree on heredity,history of smoking,history of alcohol and curability in survey of patients.Entirely correct rate is more than 40%.But on the issue of how to diagnose early gastric cancer,gastric cancer can prevention,the relationship between diet and gastric cancer and bad habits lead to gastric cancer,it only sugessed such low cognition degree.Completely correct rate is less than 30%.Conclusion Medical workers should disseminate knowledge about gastric cancer prevention and treatment to the public,so as to do the early diagnosis of gastric cancer and early treatment.
