摘要
目的探讨和分析6S管理方法在临床护理管理中的应用效果。方法对病区环境进行现场的调查和评估,并运用6S的管理方法对环境,仪器设备,人员服务态度,护理安全等方面进行考核评价,比较实施前后护理质量考核结果和患者满意情况。结果实施6S管理后护理质量考核结果和患者满意情况均高于实施前(P﹤0.05)。结论将6S管理方法应用于护理管理中,可以明显提高护理工作的效率和工作质量,也能在一定程度上规范护士行为,以此来提高护理人员素质和患者的满意度。
Objective To investigate and analyze the 6S management in clinical nursing management application.Methods in ward environment of the site investigation and assessment,and 6S management method is used to the environment,equipment,staff service attitude,nursing safety aspects of evaluation and compared before and after nursing quality examination results and patient satisfaction situation.Results the results of nursing quality assessment and patients＇ satisfaction after the implementation of 6S were all higher than before the implementation（P 0.05）.Conclusion the 6S management method in nursing management can significantly improve nursing work efficiency and quality of work,also can be in a certain extent to standardize nurses behavior,in order to improve the quality of nursing staff and patients satisfaction.
