摘要
目的研究团队精神在呼吸科护理工作中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1—12月该院呼吸科18名护理人员作为研究对象展开研究。对患者进行团队精神培养和教育。教育实施前后,调查记录任务完成率、患者对护理工作的满意度及年终投诉率。结果团队精神培养实施后,呼吸科护士的任务完成率(62.5%vs 93.8%)和患者对护理工作的满意度(75.0%vs 100.0%)均明显提高(P<0.05),呼吸科全年患者的投诉率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论呼吸科护理工作中应用团队精神进行培养,可显著提高任务完成效果,提高患者满意度,值得广泛推广。
Objective To study the team spirit in the application of respiratory nursing effect.Methods Select between January 2014 and December from respiratory 18 nursing staff as the research object.Training and education for patients with team spirit.Before and after the education,investigation records,patients satisfaction of nursing work and task completion rate measured at year's end.Result Respiratory nurse team spirit training after implementation,task completion rate(62.5%vs 93.8%) and patients to nursing job satisfaction(75.0% vs 100.0%) were significantly increased(P〈0.05),the rate of complaints respiratory patients throughout the year significantly reduced(P〈0.05).Conclusion The application of team spirit to develop respiratory nursing,can significantly improve the effect of task is complete,improve patient satisfaction,is worth popularizing widely.
