社区老年人高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Awareness Rate,Treatment Rate and Control Rate of Hypertension in the Elderly in Community

目的了解社区60岁以上老年人高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率情况,落实管理措施,提高高血压控制率。方法对1 067名健康体检的老年人进行家庭血压检测、高血压病史及服药情况等调查并测量血压。结果社区60岁以上老年体检人群高血压检出率为49.10%,高血压知晓率、治疗率、控制率分别为73.09%、60.88%和29.20%。不同性别知晓率、治疗率和控制率比较,差异无统计学意义（P=0.586,χ^2=0.297;P=0.256,χ^2=1.290;P=0.990,χ^2=0.000）;不同年龄组间知晓率、治疗率和控制率比较,差异无统计学意义（P=0.866,χ^2=1.275;P=0.558,χ^2=3.001;P=0.126,χ^2=7.184）。结论60岁以上老年人高血压知晓率、治疗率、控制率仍不理想,基层卫生服务机构应加强高血压的治疗管理,切实落实各项管理措施。

Objective To understand the awareness rate,treatment rate and control rate of hypertension in the elderly over60 years old,and to implement management measures to improve the control rate of hypertension.Methods To investigate and measure the blood pressure,the history of hypertension and the medication of 1067 healthy people in the elderly.Results The prevalence rate of hypertension was 49.10%,the awareness rate of hypertension,treatment rate and control rate were 73.09%,60.88% and 29.20%,respectively,in the community over 60 years old.Different gender awareness,treatment rate and control rate comparison,the difference had no statistical significance（0.586,χ2=0.297;P=0.256,χ2=1.290;P=0.990,χ2= 0.000）;among the different age groups in the awareness rate,treatment rate and control rate of and differences without statistical significance（P=0.866,χ2= 1.275;P= 0.558,respectively,chi square χ2=3.001;P= 0.126,χ2=7.184）.Conclusion The awareness rate,treatment rate and control rate of hypertension in the elderly over 60 years are still not ideal.The primary health care institutions should strengthen the management of hypertension treatment,and earnestly implement the management measures.
