探讨家庭医生制社区干预对原发性高血压的重要性

Family Doctor System of Community Intervention on the Importance of Primary Hypertension

目的研究并探讨家庭医生制社区干预对原发性高血压的重要性。方法于2014年9—10月,在该社区某居委家庭医生的有效签约高血压对象中,随机选取100例社区原发性高血压患者进行分组对比研究,采取数字抽签法进行分组,分为实验组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规家庭医生制社区干预,实验组在常规家庭医生制社区干预的基础上进行优化。对患者进行为期1年的干预和随访,对比两组患者干预前后的体重指数、腰围、血压以及血脂。结果与干预前相比,干预后两组患者的体重指数、腰围、血压以及血脂均有所下降(P<0.05),但实验组的各项指标下降幅度更加显著(P<0.05)。结论对原发性高血压的家庭医生制社区干预模式进行优化,能够有效控制患者的血压、血脂以及体重,值得进一步的推广和应用。

Objective To study and discuss the importance of family doctor system of community intervention for primary hypertension.Methods From September 2014 to October,signing a rc family doctors in the community of effective high blood pressure,randomly selected from 100 cases of primary hypertension patients in community grouping contrast research,taking digital grouping the draw method,divided into the experimental group and the control group,50 cases each.Control group given conventional family doctor system of community intervention,the experimental group in regular family doctor system of community intervention on the basis of the optimization.Period of 1 year of intervention on the patients and follow-up,compared two groups of patients before and after the intervention of body mass index,waist circumference,blood pressure and blood fat.Results Compared with before intervention,two groups of patients after intervention of body mass index,waist circumference,blood pressure and blood fat were decreased（P〈0.05）,but the indicators of the experimental group decreased more significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The family doctor system of community intervention for primary hypertension model optimization,can effectively control the patient＇s blood pressure,blood lipid and body weight,is worthy of further promotion and application.
