Objective To investigate the risk factors of postoperative infection in patients with colon cancer, and to provide guidance for the clinical study. Methods For extracting admitted to our hospital 47 cases after resection of colorectal cancer patients with infection(12 September 2012 to 2015- September) as the object of study, the clinical data of 47 cases of postoperative infection in patients with colon cancer were retrospective analysis to observe and analyze the risk factors of concurrent infection following resection of colorectal cancer. Results After resection of transverse colon in patients with postoperative results of the 47 cases of colon cancer complicated with infection, 9 cases(19.15%) patients developed anastomotic stenosis, 6 cases(12.77%) patients had intraperitoneal hemorrhage, 4 cases(8.51%) patients with ureteral injury, 8cases(17.02%) patients of cecum syndrome, 6 cases(12.77%) patients with anastomotic fistula, 5 cases(10.64%) patients with abdominal inflammatory infection, mass, 3 cases(6.38%) patients with colonic fistula, 6 cases(12.77%) patients with incisional plantation; and the impact of colon cancer complicated with infection risk factors mainly include the patient's own factors or technical operations and other aspects of the factors. Concurrent infection after surgery of colorectal cancer. Conclusion The probability to be higher, in order to reduce the probability of infection in patients, should be combined with the risk factors related to the implementation of effective preventive measures.
