摘要
目的分析探讨在呼吸科临床护理带教中开展品管圈活动的效果。方法纳入2015年8—12月该院呼吸科实习护生34名为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与实验组,两组各纳入实习生17名,对照组实习生采用传统带教方法进行临床护理带教,实验组实习生在临床护理带教中开展品管圈活动,对比观察两组实习护生对实习带教的满意度,护生主动学习积极性,理论成绩、操作技能以及患者护理满意度等。结果实验组护生对带教满意度、患者护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。比较两组护生出科理论成绩、实际操作成绩与护理质量评分,实验组均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸科临床护理带教中开展品管圈活动,可提高带教老师的教学积极性与责任感,让实习护生主动学习,提高对带教的满意度,同时提高护理水平。
Objective Study in the Department of respiration clinical nursing effect of QCC Teaching. Methods Choose August to December 2015 in our hospital respiratory 34 as the research objects were divided into the control group and the experimental group, the two groups each included 17 interns, the control group of interns by the traditional teaching method of clinical nursing teaching, experimental group of interns in clinical nursing education in carrying out quality control circle activities were observed and compared two groups of nursing students to practice teaching satisfaction, nursing students active learning enthusiasm of practical nursing students were selected, theoretical achievements, skills and patient satisfaction with nursing care. Results The nursing students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Compared two groups of nursing students Chuke theory results, the actual operation performance and quality of care scores, the experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion To carry out quality control circle activities in the clinical nursing teaching in Department of respiration can improve the teaching enthusiasm and responsibility of teaching and learning, so that students can actively learn and improve the satisfaction of teaching and improve the level of nursing.
