摘要
目的了解该院实习护生护患沟通能力现状,分析影响护生护患沟通能力的影响因素,为今后的教学工作提供指导依据。方法采用一般资料调查问卷和护患沟通能力调查问卷,对我院2011级护理本科生,2012级护理、助产专科生及2012级护理、助产中专生进行问卷调查。结果该院实习护生护患沟通能力总分4.30±0.40,沟通的计划与准备、护患沟通的启动、收集信息、给予信息、获得并理解患者的观点、护患沟通的结束6个维度得分分别为4.19±0.54、4.34±0.47、4.33±0.48、4.41±0.46、4.31±0.46、4.18±0.51。护生专业、家庭背景、学历、实习职务、性格、对本专业的态度的得分差异有统计学意义。结论护生专业、家庭背景、学历、实习职务、性格、对本专业的态度影响护生护患沟通能力。
Objective To investigate the current situation of practice nursing students' communication ability with patients from our college, and analysis the influencing factors of practice nursing students' communication ability with patients, to provide basis for the future education. Methods Using the questionnaire on general information and the questionnaire on nurse-patient communication ability to assess the class of 2011 nursing graduate students, class of 2012 nursing and midwifery college students, class of 2012 nursing, midwifery secondary specialized school students from our school. Results The communication ability with patients of practice nursing students from our college scores 4.30 ±0.40, the score of planning and preparation of communication, starting communication, collecting information, giving information, receiving and understanding the patient's view, the end of communication was 4.19 ±0.54,4.34±0.47,4.33±0.48,4.41±0.46,4.31±0.46,4.18±0.51.Students' profession, family background, education, internship position, character, attitude towards profession score difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Students' profession, family background, education, internship position, character, attitude towards profession can impact practice nursing students' communication ability.
