目的评价风险管理在介入护理管理当中的应用效果。方法以该院收治的120例行外周介入患者为研究对象,2013年12月—2015年4月的60例纳入对照组,给予常规介入护理管理,2014年12月—2015年12月的60例纳入研究组给予风险管理,回顾分析其临床资料,比较两组患者护理效果。结果研究组护理人员的各项护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的护理满意率、护理纠纷发生率及并发症发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在介入护理管理中应用风险管理,效果显著,提高了护理质量,控制了护理纠纷及并发症的出现,同时满足了患者的护理需求,因此,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To evaluate the risk management among interventional nursing management application effect. Methods In our hospital,120 routine peripheral intervention patients in this study,in December 2013-60 cases in April 2015 into the control group received routine intervention Nursing Management, December 2014-December 2015 60 cases included in the study were given risk management,retrospectively analyzed the clinical data were compared patient care effect. Results The study of the quality of care of nurses scores were higher,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the study group care satisfaction,nursing disputes incidence and complication rates than the control group The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention in the management of risk management,the effect significantly improves the quality of care,control the emergence of nursing disputes and complications,as well as to meet the care needs of patients,therefore,should be promoted in clinical practice.
