基于JSP技术的医学院校资产管理共享平台的实践与研究

随着中国高等教育的快速发展,医学院校的固定资产规模迅速扩大,管理形式的难度逐渐加大,并复杂多样。资产管理信息化已经成为了资产管理方面的必然趋势。基于JSP技术设计实现医学院校资产管理系统,院校的各级资产管理者,可以依据校园网络平台,对所辖资产的情况进行管理及信息传递。统一规划、统一技术标准,采用统一的身份认证及完善的安全保障体系,基于校园网、通过统一的信息门户与公共数据交换,集成与资产管理相关的各个系统。使用Servlet+Java Bean+SQLServer2000开发模式的设计,充分利用数据库连接池技术和条码技术,开发的医学院校资产管理系统更实用。通过利用该系统可以对院校的各类资产进行全面的入账管理,并能有效防止资产的流失,对学校的各类资产进行全面监管,保证教科研等各类资产能更好地服务教学与科研工作。

By using the system can be accounted for comprehensive management of all kinds of assets, and can effectively prevent asset loss of, on the kinds of asset of comprehensive regulation and super_vision, to ensure that all kinds of assets to better service the work.
