产科医生剖宫产认知态度调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Cognitive Attitude of the Obstetric Doctor in the Cesarean Section

目的通过产科医生对剖宫产的认知态度进行调查,探究分析不同级别医师对剖宫产的认知与态度情况。方法选取120例产科医生作为该次的调查对象,根据职称分为3组:32名高级职称医生作为A组,48名主治医师作为B组,40名住院医师作为C组,调查方式选用问卷调查,计分方法选择Likert量表分级评分法,对比分析A、B、C3组不同级别医生对剖宫产的认知程度及持有态度情况。结果 A组医生对剖宫产认知的掌握情况(40.75±8.53)分显著高于B组医生(27.86±9.37)分与C组医生(24.68±9.25)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组、B组、C组医生对剖宫产态度得分分别为(42.26±7.63)分、(28.59±9.16)分与(27.94±8.73)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组医生选择剖宫产13(27.08%)与A组医生4名(12.50%)或C组医生17例(42.50%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但A组与C组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同级别产科医生对剖宫产持有不同的观点与认识,职称较低的医生更倾向于剖宫产,应加强职称较低医生对剖宫产的认识,以有效改善剖宫产率,建议广泛应用。

Objective To investigate and analyze the cognition and attitude of different levels of physician to the cesarean section through the investigation of the cognitive attitude of the cesarean section. Methods A total of 120 cases of obstetric doctors as the investigation object, divides into three groups.Result： 32 senior physicians as a group, 48 physicians as group B, 40 resident as group C, the investigation used questionnaire survey, scoring method choice Likert grading method, com_parative analysis a, B, C three groups of different levels of doctor of the cognitive degree of cesarean section and holding the attitude. Significant differences between the four were doctors, doctors in the Results A group of doctors to splits the palace production cognitive mastery （40.75±8.53） was significantly higher than that in group B （27.86±9.37） and group C （24.68± 9.25）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In group a, B group, C group doctors to splits the palace produc_tion attitude score （42.26±7.63）, （28.59±9.16） and （27.94±8.73）, inter group difference has statistical significance （P〈0.05）;group B doctors choose cesarean section 13（27.08%） and a group of doctors（12.50%） or C group of doctors in 17 cases （42.5%） compared to the difference was not significant（P〉0.05）, but a group and C group, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Obstetric doctors of different levels of cesarean section production hold different views and understand_ing, lower rank doctors tend of cesarean section, should be strengthen to lower the title doctor of cesarean section of under_standing, to effectively improve the rate of cesarean section, it is recommended widely used.
