目的探讨疫苗接种相关知识行为的调查分析。方法选取本市不同年龄层次的人群进行疫苗接种相关知识行为的问卷调查,同时调查本市不同部门医务人员疫苗接种知识的知晓情况,为进一步开展疫苗相关知识宣传工作提供参考资料,疫苗相关知识的调查问卷内容主要包括:对于市民来说,主要询问从儿童时期开始应该接种的疫苗,以及相应的时间,接种疫苗的注意事项,对疫苗接种重要性的认识;对于医务人员来说,主要询问各种疫苗的禁忌对象,接种疫苗后的正常或异常反应,对异常反应应采取的抢救措施,是否能够判断所使用的疫苗为合格疫苗等等。结果对市民而言,大部分市民对疫苗的重要性有足够的认识,同时对应接种的疫苗以及接种时间有大概的了解;对于医务人员来说,基本情况了解较熟悉,但是对各种疫苗接种后的异常反应了解不全面,个别医务人员除了根据生产日期外无法准确判断疫苗的合格性。结论疫苗接种是事关全民健康的大事,应加大公众宣传力度、拓宽宣传方向;同时应加大对医务人员疫苗相关知识的全面考察。
