老年病科住院患者降压药物用药合理性调查

Antihypertensive Drugs in Hospitalized Geriatric Department of Rational use of Drugs

目的探究老年病科住院患者降压药物用药合理性,为临床合理应用降压药物奠定理论基础与保障。方法该次研究采取回顾性分析法,选择该院老年病科住院患者200例,应用药物利用指数作为主要标准,对老年患者抗血压药物使用情况以及使用抗血压药物用量的合理性进行统计与分析。结果通过调查分析,钙通道阻滞剂作为临床中常用的降压药物,而临床中老年患者不合理应用降压药物主要表现在四个方面,分别是选择药物不正确、药物联用不正确、重复使用药物、用药方法不正确。结论老年病科患者降压药物用药问题严重,但是因老年患者个体差异明显,所以在进行治疗的时候需要严格遵循老年患者的实际情况,针对性的选择合理的抗血压药物以及给药方案,从根本上实现老年患者用药个体化阶梯治疗,从而提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the geriatrics hospital patients with anti hypertension drugs rationality for clinical rational use of anti hypertensive drugs to lay the theoretical foundation and guarantee. Methods This study take retrospective anal_ysis method, 200 hospitalized patients in our hospital department of Geriatrics, application of drug utilization index as the main standard, in elderly patients with antihypertensive drug usage and use the dosage of antihypertensive drugs rationality of statistics and analysis. Results Through the investigation and analysis, calcium channel blockers as clinically used anti_hypertensive drugs, followed by drugs is diuretics, and clinical in elderly patients with unreasonable application of anti hy_pertension drugs mainly manifested in four aspects, respectively is the drug of choice is not correct, drugs associated with incorrect and repeated use drugs, treatment method is not correct. Conclusion Geriatrics Patients with anti hypertension drugs is a serious problem, but because of individual differences in elderly patients with obvious, so during the time of treatment need to strictly follow the actual situation of the elderly patients, choice on the basis of reasonable antihyperten_sive drugs and dosing regimens, from the implementation in elderly patients with individualized treatment step treatment, so as to improve the treatment effect.
