Investigation of Hand Hygiene of Nurses in Blood Collection in Blood Station

目的调查血站护士在不同条件下血液采集时手卫生的执行情况。方法随机抽查共32名采血护士,观察其在不同场所间断血液采集和连续血液采集时手卫生的执行情况。结果调查显示在献血屋进行间断采血的14名护士共采血50人次,手卫生执行率最高,达到92%,但在连续采血共120人时,手卫生执行率下降至81.67%;献血车上18名护士间断采血,共采血50人次,手卫生执行率为88%,但在连续采血共582人次时,手卫生执行率最低,占63.23%。结论献血车上护士在连续采血时手卫生执行较差,手卫生意识及依从性需提高。

Objective To investigate the implementation of hand hygiene of blood collecting nurses in different conditions of blood collection. Methods Random sampling of a total of 32 blood collecting nurses,Observe the implementation of hand hygiene in intermittent blood collection and continuous blood collection in different places. Results Survey showed that in the blood donation room to carry out a total of 50 blood samples were Intermittent collected by 14 nurses,Hand hygiene im_plementation rate was the highest, reaching 92%, But in a total of 120 continuous blood samples, the hand hygiene imple_mentation rate dropped to 81.67%;On the blood donation car to carry out a total of 50 blood samples were Intermittent col_lected by 18 nurses, the implementation rate of hand hygiene was 88%, but in a total of 582 continuous blood samples , hand hygiene implementation rate was the lowest, accounting for 63.23%. Conclusion The hand hygiene of the nurses on the blood donation car is poor, and the awareness of hand hygiene and compliance should be improved.
