摘要
目的探究护士手卫生教育在深化优质护理服务中的作用。方法选取100名临床护理工作人员研究对象,对其进行手卫生教育,采用知-信-行教育模式,比较教育干预前后护士手卫生相关知识知晓及执行情况。结果该组100名护士,教育干预后手卫生认知程度和执行情况均得到明显提高,洗手方法正确率(95.0%)高于教育干预前(64.0%),手部细菌微生物培养阳性率(9.0%)低于教育干预前(43.0%),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护士手卫生依从性与院内感染风险呈负相关。结论对护士进行手卫生教育干预,能够提高其手卫生依从性,降低院内感染发生风险,利于深化优质护理服务。
Objective To explore the nurse hand hygiene education role in deepening the quality of nursing service. Meth-ods Select 100 clinical nursing staff of the research object, on the hand hygiene education, the knowledge-letter - line e_ducation mode, compared before and after the nurse hand hygiene education intervention related knowledge level and the implementation. Results 100 nurses, education intervention conducted health cognition and implementation were obviously improved and correct way to wash your hands (95.0%) than before education intervention (64.0%), hand bacteria microbial cultures positive rate (9.0%) is lower than the former education intervention (43.0%), the more significant difference (P 〈0.05); The nurse hand hygiene compliance and negatively correlated to the risk of nosocomial infection. Conclusion To the nurse, hand health education intervention can improve the hand hygiene compliance, reduce the risk of nosocomial infec_tion, to deepen the quality of nursing service.
