健康教育对糖尿病患者自我管理的作用分析

目的分析针对糖尿病患者进行健康教育对其自我管理的临床作用,为日后的健康教育工作提供参考依据。方法选择该院于2015年2月—2016年2月期间住院部收治的糖尿病患者90例作为该次观察的主要对象,采用计算机随机方式将住院部收治的90例糖尿病患者分成对照组及实验组两组,其中,对照组45例糖尿病患者实施一般护理即可,实验组45例糖尿病患者在实施一般护理的基础上加用健康教育,观察对照组糖尿病患者及实验组糖尿病患者之间对比的自我管理能力评分、并发症发生率及糖尿病患者对疾病相关知识的知晓率。结果实验组45例糖尿病患者并发症发生率(8.89%)明显低于对照组45例糖尿病患者(26.67%),且对照组糖尿病患者与实验组糖尿病患者之间对比的自我管理能力评分、糖尿病患者对疾病相关知识的知晓率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对收治的糖尿病患者实施健康教育不仅能改善患者的血糖水平,减少并发症的发生,促进患者预后,还能有效提高患者的自我管理能力。

Objective To analyze health education for diabetes patients the clinical role of the self management, provide a reference basis for future health education work. Methods Our hospital from February 2015 to February 2015 the inpatient admitted during the period of 90 patients with diabetes as the main object of this observation, by using the computer random way to the records of 90 cases of inpatient diabetes patients were divided into control group and experimental group two groups, among them, the control group 45 cases of patients with diabetes, general nursing group 45 cases of diabetic pa_tients in general nursing combined with health education, on the basis of observation in the control group with diabetes and a comparison between the experimental group with diabetes self-management ability score, complication rates, and diabetes patients awareness of disease related knowledge. Results The experimental group 45 cases of patients with diabetes compli_cations （8.89%）, significantly lower than the control group 45 cases （26.67%） in diabetic patients, patients with diabetes and the control group and the comparison between the experimental group with diabetes self-management ability score, diabetes patients awareness of disease related knowledge were more significant differences （P〈0.05）,the difference is statistically sig_nificant. Conclusion In treating diabetic patients to implement health education can not only improve the patient＇s blood sugar level, reduce the occurrence of complications,the prognosis of patients with promoting, it can effectively improve pa_tient self-management ability.
