摘要
该论文主要是讨论怎样提高护理人员对恶性肿瘤患者疼痛的认识,并且详细阐述和分析相应的护理管理对策,力争提高患者的生活质量。恶性肿瘤患者中,30%以上都伴有疼痛的症状,患者的比例也在逐渐升高,在肿瘤晚期,高达70%的患者有强烈的疼痛感觉,所以护理人员对肿瘤患者护理,实际上就是缓解患者疼痛。该文对200例患者病例进行分析,通过这些病例,分析了疼痛原因并提出了相应的护理管理对策。
This paper is to discuss how to improve nurses knowledge malignant pain patients, and a detailed description and analysis of appropriate care measures, strive to improve the quality of life of patients. Cancer patients, more than 30%are associated with symptoms of pain, the proportion of patients increased gradually, so that from another perspective, nurs_ing care tumors staff, in fact, how to deal with the patient＇s pain. In advanced cancer, up to 70 percent of patients have a strong feeling of pain. This paper analyzes the 200 patients, through these cases, analysis of the cause of the pain, put for_ward the corresponding nursing.
