护理安全管理在骨科护理管理中的应用

Nursing Safety Management Application in Orthopedic Nursing Management

目的探讨护理安全管理在骨科护理管理中的相关具体措施及其应用效果。方法针对骨科护理管理中存在的安全隐患进行护理安全管理制度的完善,同时分别对该院骨科护理安全管理措施实施前(2013年5月—2014年5月)和实施后(2014年10月—2015年10月)的护理工作情况资料进行回顾性总结分析,并将护理安全管理制度实施前后的护理工作管理水平作具体对比分析。结果护理安全管理制度在骨科护理管理中实施后,与之前相比,骨科综合护理水平及患者的护理满意度均得到显著提高。结论在骨科护理管理工作中实施护理安全管理,可有效控制骨科护理工作中存在的安全隐患,同时可显著提升综合护理水平及护理满意度,具有重要的临床推广意义。

Objective To explore the specific measures and application effect of nursing safety management in Department of orthopedics nursing management. Methods The hidden troubles in the nursing management in the Department of ortho_pedics were nursing safety management system perfect, respectively at the same time to our hospital orthopedic nursing safety management measures before the implementation （in May 2013- 2014 years 5 months） and after the implementation of nursing work situation data （October October 2014 and 2015） were retrospectively analyzed, and the specific comparative analysis before and after the implementation of the system of nursing safety management of nursing management level. Re-sults After the implementation of nursing safety management system in the Department of orthopedics nursing management, compared with before, the level of comprehensive nursing in Department of orthopedics and patients＇ nursing satisfaction were significantly improved. Conclusion The implementation of nursing safety management in Department of orthopedics nursing management, effective control of the Department of orthopedics nursing safety hidden danger, also can significantly improve the comprehensive level of nursing care and nursing satisfaction, has important clinical significance.
