摘要
目的分析护理管理在小儿康复病房中的作用。方法调查分析从2015年5月起100例展开系统护理管理后小儿康复病房护理满意度。结果采取系统护理管理后,未发生护理纠纷事件。护理管理期间家长满意度为89.00%,出院后家长满意度达94%。结论在小儿康复病房中展开系统护理管理,可提升护理人员护理技巧,减少风险发生率,提高家长满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the role of nursing management in pediatric rehabilitation wards. Methods Investigation and analysis since May 2015, 100 cases of open system of nursing management after pediatric rehabilitation ward nursing satisfaction. Results Since on pediatric rehabilitation wards nursing management system, the nursing disputes happened. Nursing management during the parents satisfaction was 89.00%, the parents satisfaction was 94% after discharge. Conclu-sion In pediatric rehabilitation wards nursing management system, can improve nursing care skills, reduce the incidence of risk, improve parents satisfaction, is worthy of popularization and application.
