目的探究加强分析前检验质量管理的有效手段,建立全程检验质量管理体系,促进检验与临床的良性互动,提升医院整体医疗质量。方法通过分析前检验质量保证知识宣教、与临床医生加强加强交流、与护理人员加强沟通和对标本运送人员加强岗前培训、建立临床科室考评制度、推行检验医师制度和加强信息化建设。结果检验前质量的把关异常重要,关系着后续工作的展开,检验前进行数据统计的明显高于未进行统计的,各个步骤相辅相成,至关重要,缺一不可。结论加强分析前检验质量管理,建立全程检验质量管理体系,有效的促进了检验与临床的良性互动,临床质量显著提高,为提升医院整体的医疗质量做出了巨大的贡献。
