循证医学原理对提高药房管理质量的影响分析

Analysis on the Influence of the Principle of Evidence-based Medicine to Improve the Quality of Pharmacy Management

目的分析研究循证医学对提高药房管理质量的影响。方法选取该区综合实力相当的2所医疗机构,选其药房作为研究对象,随机将两药房分配为对照组和试验组,对照组药房采取常规管理模式,试验组药房在循证医学原理的指导下进行管理,管理3个月后,对比记录两组的管理质量。结果每组选取了126名就诊者进行调查,试验组优、良、差比例分别为63.49%、34.13%、2.38%,对照组对应的为46.03%、41.27%、12.70%,因而总优良率试验组(97.62%)明显优于对照组(87.30%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用循证医学原理管理药房,可在较大程度上提高管理的有效性与科学性,就诊者的满意度也随之得以提高,对医院整体医疗环境的构建有积极作用。

Objective To study the evidence-based medicine to improve the effect of quality management of pharmacy. Methods In the comprehensive strength in the region of two medical institutions, the pharmacy as the object of study ran_domly two pharmacy allocated into the control group and the experimental group, control group pharmacy take the conven_tional mode of management, test group pharmacy in evidence based medicine principle guidance management, after 3 months of management and compared the documented management quality of the two groups. Results Each group selected 126 patients were investigated, the test group, good and poor proportion of 63.49%, 34.13%, 2.38%, respectively, the corre_sponding group for 46.03%, 41.27%, 12.70%, and total excellent and good rate of the experimental group （97.62%） was sig_nificantly better than the control group （87.30%）, with significant difference （P〈 0.05） control. Conclusion The application of evidence based medicine principle of pharmacy management, can greatly improve the management effectiveness and sci_entific nature, patients＇ satisfaction also will be increased. On the whole hospital medical environment construction to have positive effect.
