摘要
为了实现与现代化舰船上大容量通信系统的配套,研制了一种新型舰船用基于MT型光纤接触件的多模120芯集束光缆组件。该集束光缆组件光缆采用了填充油膏的多模带状光纤子单元结构,其性能稳定;光缆连接器采用MT型光纤接触件,其光纤集成度高、抗振动性强、承受拉力大。该集束光缆组件的机械性能和环境性能测试结果表明,其满足各项技术指标要求,且具有设计性能的高可靠性和制造工艺的成熟稳定性。
A new kind of multimode 120-core bundling optical cable assembly based on MT type optical fiber contact used for signal transmission of large capacity communication system equipped on modern ships is introduced.The optical cable of the optical cable assembly has stable performance through adopting ribbon multimode fiber subunit structure filled with jelly.The connector of the optical cable assembly uses MT contacts and has the characteristics such as high fiber integration,high anti-vibration capacity and high tensile strength.The optical cable assembly meets all the technology requirements proved by the mechanical and environmental property tests.The optical cable assembly has high reliability of design performance as well as maturity and stability of process.
