摘要
相对于圆电缆,扁电缆的弯曲半径更小、柔软性更好,具有优异的弯曲性能,这使其在发电、冶金、石油、化工等领域中有高温或有耐寒、防腐要求的环境中获得了相当广泛的应用。以YGGB 3×150+1×70型硅橡胶扁电缆为例,介绍了硅橡胶扁电缆各道工序的工艺控制重点。经过严格的生产工艺控制,该电缆完全满足工作场所要求的可频繁移动、柔软、抗拉和耐高温等性能。
Compared with round cables,flat cable's bending radius is smaller and flexibility is better.Due to these advantages,it is widely used in high temperature,cold resistant and anti-corrosion environments such as power generation,metallurgy,petroleum,and chemicals.YGGB 3×150+1×70silicone rubber flat cable is taken as an example to introduce the key processing control points of every process step.Through the strict process control,the cable can fully meet the properties required in the work site,such as frequent movement,flexibility,excellent tensile property and high-temperature resistance.
