稻壳灰及掺稻壳灰混凝土应用研究进展述评 被引量:23

摘要 由于其独特的多孔状结构和高纯度的无定形非晶质硅含量,稻壳焚烧所形成的稻壳灰能够替代部分水泥作为胶凝材料,从而使稻壳灰在混凝土与砂浆中的应用成为可能。作为一种新的再生资源,稻壳灰在混凝土与砂浆中的应用研究日益受到广泛关注。对稻壳灰的性质及其在混凝土与砂浆中应用研究进行了回顾,在讨论稻壳灰的制备、物理化学特性、稻壳灰的火山灰特性以及颗粒特征基础之上,对掺稻壳灰混凝土的工作性能、力学性能及耐久性能研究进展进行了述评,指出了稻壳灰在混凝土应用研究中值得进一步研究的方向。 The rice husk ash can be used as a supplementary cementing material in concrete or mortar production, because of its porous structure and high pozzolan reactivity.The great attention is paid to the use of rice husk ash in concrete and mortar as a new recycle re- source.At first, the properties of rice husk ash, such as preparation technology, physicochemical characteristic, pozzlizinin activity, particle characteristic were discussed.Then, the researches of working properties, mechanical properties and durability performance of rice husk ash concrete were reviewed.At last, the further research direction of application study about rice husk ash in concrete was pointed out.
