新型大孔隙护坡生态混凝土力学性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 针对新型护坡生态混凝土大孔隙率与其强度关系,研究采用不同矿物掺合料、不同粒径集料及不同孔隙率对其强度发展的影响规律。结果表明:矿物掺合料对混凝土强度的增强幅度为硅灰〉粉煤灰〉矿粉,其中粉煤灰能有效提高混凝土和易性;孔隙率的增大会降低混凝土强度,22%孔隙率的试件强度最佳;采用级配10~20 mm粗集料的试件,其工作性良好,强度最大。 The mechanical property of a new eco-concrete was studied by using several mineral admixtures and different particle size of aggregate with different porosity.The results show that mineral admixtures can enhance the compressive strength, and enhanced extent ranging as silica fume〉 fly ash〉 blast furnished slag.Meanwhile, fly ash can improve the workability of concrete.The compressive strength of concrete increase as porosity of concrete decrease.The strength of samples get the highest as the porosity is 22%.The concretes by using aggregate with 10-20 mm size receive excellent workability and higher strength.
