磷酸镁砂浆及CFRP切丝改性试验研究

摘要 介绍了磷酸镁水泥(MPC)砂浆的制备;研究了镁磷比、砂率、养护龄期、CFRP切丝的掺加量及长度对MPC砂浆强度的影响。结果表明:MPC砂浆具有明显的早强高强特性;随CFRP切丝的添加率增加,试件抗折、抗压强度上升;CFRP切丝长度的影响较小;随龄期增加,试件的强度逐渐增加,且早期更明显。当M∶P∶B=187∶85∶5、W∶B=0.15、M∶P=2.2、S∶B=1.0时,砂浆试件达到P·O 52.5R级水泥强度要求;当M∶P∶B=187∶85∶5、M∶P=2.2、W∶B=0.19、Vc=15‰时,改性试件达到P·O 52.5R级水泥强度要求。 The preparation of the magnesium phosphate cement (MPC) mortar was introduced.The effects of the factors, such as watercement ratio, magnesium phosphorus ratio, curing time, mixing amount and length of CFRP chopped strands, to the strength of MPC mortar were studied.MPC mortar has early strength and high strength properties.With the increased usage amount of CFRP strips, the bending, compressive strength of the specimen increased.The effect of CFRP chopped strands length is not obvious.With the curing time increases, the strength of specimens increase gradually, which is significantly in early days.When M:P:B is 187:85:5, W:B is 0.15, M:P is 2.2, S:B is 1.0,the strength of mortar specimen is equivalent the 52.5R Portland cement.When M:P:B is 187:85:5 ,M:P is 2.2 ,W:B is 0.19, Vc is 15%o, the strength of modified specimen is equivalent the 52.5R Portland cement.
