摘要 开展蒸压加气混凝土(ALC)外墙板保温性能试验,研究了含水率、分布筋对ALC材料热阻、导热系数的影响,在此基础上,采用面积加权计算法综合分析了板厚、灰缝砂浆对ALC外墙板的保温性能的影响。研究表明:导热系数与含水率呈线性正相关,含分布筋试件导热系数大于不含分布筋试件,热阻反之;灰缝砂浆对传热系数的影响系数在1.01~1.06左右,且板厚与影响系数正相关、含水率与影响系数负相关。实际工程中,可基于分析数据确定不同含水率下满足传热系数要求的合理板厚。 The thermal insulation properties test of autoclaved aerated lightweight concrete(ALC ) external walls was conducted, and the impacts of moisture and reinforcement on ALC thermal resistance and thermal conduetivity were studied.Then, it studied by using area weighted calculation the impact of the thickness and gray mortar joints on the insulation performance of ALC external walls.The results show that the thermal conductivity and moisture are positive linear correlation, the thermal conductivity of the specimen including distribu- tion steel is greater than the other, and the thermal resistance is contrary to it.The influence coefficient of gray mortar joints on heat transfer coefficient is about 1.01 to 1.06.The thickness and the influence coefficient are positive correlation,and the water content is contrary to it. In practical engineering, the reasonable thickness meeting the requirements of the heat transfer coefficient at different water content can be determined based on the analysis data.
